Despite the fact that Rottweiler dogs are great family companions, wonderful obedience dogs and can have fun or compete in many sports and activities, they are not the right breed for everyone. Before you decide to adopt, please be sure that you have done a good deal of research and are sure this is the breed for you. We have an extensive reference section on our website.

While we do our best to ensure our dogs leave the program healthy and with a good foundation of basic manners and obedience, be aware that these are living beings with their own temperament and disposition and many of our dogs come from less than desirable situations. Some of the dogs may need some extra time, care and training before they bloom into the wonderful companion dogs we know they can be.
